Trader Joe's Go-To's

As most of y'all know by now, I love Trader Joe's. I would live in one if I could. I would marry the personified "Trader Joe" himself in a heartbeat; I'd imagine him to be independent, organic, and always wanting to try new things. It truly is my "happy place".

Anyways, I've definitely spent my fair share of time whisking away in the aisles of Trader Joe's stores across the nation... so, here are my top faves!:

-Frozen Mango Chunks

soo good to substitute for a sweet treat (I get 3 bags every time I go to TJ)

-Power Crunch Protein bars (I like vanilla the best)

-Organic Buffalo-Style Hummus

this is SO fire (pair with pretzels, pita chips, etc.)

-Chia Seeds & Milled Flax Seeds

-Peanut Butter

all of their peanut butters are 100% peanuts, meaning no added sugar or oils!

-Mediterranean Tabouli (in refrigerated foods section)

-“Spatchcooked” Lemon Rosemary Chicken

these are awesome because they come pre-marinated

-Chocolate Meringues

these are soo yummy and low-cal if you want something sweet

-Shrimp Spring Rolls (in refrigerated foods section)

-“Carrots of Many Colors”

-Organic Turkey Burgers

really easy to just throw on the skillet

-Brown Rice & Quinoa Fusilli Pasta

-Silk Chocolate Almond Milk

Trust me, it’s good. Plus, it’s a good way to get your calcium in!

-Green Goddess Dressing

-any of their kombuchas

-“Gone Bananas” (chocolate-covered banana slices)

-Vegan Kale, Cashew, & Basil Pesto

don’t judge the fact that it’s vegan… it’s better than regular pesto IMO

-Thai Sweet Chilli Veggie Burger

-Peanut Sauce Dressing (^put it on the veggie burger)

-Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

this is a MUST! I put this on avocado toast, salmon with olive oil, eggs, etc.

-Chocolate Hummus

-Roasted Plantain Chips

great substitution for potato chips

-Just Mango Slices

-Multigrain Pita Chips

-Cold Brew Latte Dessert Bars (popsicles)

low-cal, low sugar dessert

-Ezekiel 4:9 bread

-Organic White Tortilla Chips

good if you need tortilla chips because there are only 3 ingredients: corn, lime, water

-Frozen Quinoa

microwavable so super easy

these are all a hidden gem because the ingredients are no-BS and all-natural...usually companies will charge so much more for that

+ all of their wine is super cheap

they have make-your-own IPA 6-packs at some stores, too
