-1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey
1) Preheat oven to 300*F
2) Add coconut oil and honey to a bowl and microwave for 15-30 seconds
3) Add that mixture to a large bowl with oats, coconut, and pecans. Toss/stir.
4) Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until oats are golden brown
**the granola will get crunchier as it cools so don’t worry if it’s not really crunchy yet**
5) Toss in some cinnamon, sea salt, and cacao nibs for flavor
This recipe is SUPER easy-- feel free to add or take away some ingredients (like vanilla extract, chocolate chips, etc.). I just topped some vanilla Chobani with this and it was so yummy!
