Might look kind of weird but tastes soo good I promise! Also, probably one of the easiest things to make!

INGREDIENTS: (makes ~4 servings) .
-1/2 cup chia seeds
-1 1/2 cups almond milk (or another nut milk— honestly dairy free just tastes better)
-2 tsp vanilla extract
+add honey if you want extra sweetness!
...just mix together, put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours! 

Chia seeds are nutritious not only for being a great source of fiber, but they’re also a great source of Omega-3 fats, which are superb for heart health and feeling full!
