30-MINUTE CARDIO/STRENGTH

In this 30 minute cardio/strength workout, we'll do 10 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of arms & abs, and 10 minutes of legs & glutes (topped off with some optional stretching at the end). All of these exercises can be done with just bodyweight, but if you would like extra weight, grab some hand weights or even a wine bottle!
