CACAO MINT SMOOTHIE

The original Mindfully Murphy recipe! Seriously tastes like a chocolate mint milkshake


INGREDIENTS:
-2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder (yes, they are different!)
-1 (frozen) banana
-cacao nibs (for a little crunch)
-almond milk
-about 5 mint leaves
-splash of vanilla extract
-ice
**optional: protein powder, spinach, chia seeds, etc.

If you don’t know what it is, cacao is basically the raw version of cocoa and holds a ton more antioxidants and vitamins & minerals!
